I am a Tennessee Attorney and member of the law firm of Burrow Lee, PLLC. I have received the highest rating (AV) from Martindale-Hubbell for legal ability and ethics.
I was born in Woodbury, New Jersey and grew up in Wilmington, Delaware. I attended Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio and received a bachelor degree in psychology. I then moved to Tennessee in 2000 and attended the University Of Memphis Law School. I graduated from law school in 2003 and started practicing law at that time. I am married to my beautiful wife and I have four wonderful boys.
My practice areas include probate, estate planning, conservatorship issues and wills. I also have a general litigation practice defending individuals and companies that have been sued in contract litigation, business dispute litigation and other litigation matters. I have handled numerous trials (jury and non-jury) and mediations in Tennessee. I practice in state courts all across the State of Tennessee from Memphis to Bristol as well as in federal courts inside and outside of Tennessee. I also speak at seminars on different topics. I am willing to speak at seminars on several different topics including probate law and estate planning.
